Yes, the Trademark Clearinghouse (TMCH) is the only clearinghouse that has been developed by ICANN and offers unique services to protect their the rights of trademark holders. Should other providers claim that they are providing the same services as the TMCH, we kindly ask you to provide us with this information by raising a ticket in our dedicated Customer Support system by clicking on "GET SUPPORT" on the TMCH interface or by sending an email to support[at]trademark-clearinghouse[dot]com.
